Terms of Service (ToS)
By utilizing registry services or deploying hosting packages on W3 Domains, you agree to comply with ICANN, NIXI (.IN Registry), and local regulatory policies. Users agree not to register domains containing trademarks owned by third parties or engage in cybersquatting practices.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Domain registrations, once submitted to the central registries (.IN, .COM, .AI, .QA, .ME), are immediately committed and cannot be cancelled or refunded under registry rules. Hosting packages are eligible for cancellation and prorated refunds within 30 days of registration, subject to our administration guidelines.
Privacy Framework
We collect minimal contact information necessary to register domains and maintain infrastructure services. W3 Domains includes WHOIS identity privacy shielding free of charge for all compatible domains to protect our customers against unsolicited spam harvesting.
